The Justice Wolves basketball team (Falls Church, VA), was nudged 50-45 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA)
The Atoms now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lewis for a District 3 battle on Tuesday, January 30. Annandale will battle a Lancers team coming off a 61-30 league loss to Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 1-15.
The Wolves (2-14) will now prepare for their battle against Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology (Alexandria, VA). The Colonials come into the District 3 battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology edged Northern Virginia HomeSchool (Manassas, VA), 53-35, in a non-league battle.
