The South Seneca Falcons basketball team (Ovid, NY), was nudged 55-49 in Thursday's league battle with the host Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY)
The Bombers now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harley Allendale Columbia for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West battle on Saturday, January 27. Bloomfield will confront a Wolves team coming off a 62-34 non-league win over Early College International (Rochester, NY). The Wolves record now stands at 11-2.
The Falcons (3-9) will now prepare for their battle against Sodus (Sodus, NY). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Sodus was nudged by Lyons (Lyons, NY), 70-51, in a non-league battle.
