West Virginia High School Basketball - Bloomingdale routs Ignite Athletics

January 25, 2024: Barboursville, WV 25504

In Thursday's league outing, the Bloomingdale Blazers (Barboursville, WV) basketball squad walloped the visiting Ignite Athletics Flames (Hurricane, WV), by a count of 60-35.

With the victory, Bloomingdale upgrades its record to 10-7 on the campaign. The Blazers host Holy Family (Ashland, KY) to play the Irish in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Irish come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Holy Family lost 91-41 in their recent non-league bout against University (Morgantown, WV)

Next up, the Flames play the Beth Haven Christian Hornets (Omar, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Ignite Athletics will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Hornets come into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 99-48 league loss to Lewisburg Baptist Academy (Lewisburg, WV).
