The California Military Institute Rough Riders (Perris, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Nuview Bridge Knights (Nuevo, CA), 53-30 in Thursday's league test.

The Rough Riders (4-10) will now prepare for their test against San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA). The Wolves go into the South Valley test with a 5-14 record. In their last test, San Jacinto Valley Academy was trounced by California School for the Deaf-Riverside (Riverside, CA), 60-44, in a non-league bout.

Next up, the Knights clash with the Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA) in a South Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Nuview Bridge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 11-14 record after their 75-52 league win over San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA).
