The Gans Grizzlies basketball team (Gans, OK), was overwhelmed 65-39 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Central Tigers (Sallisaw, OK)
The Tigers now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Westville for a Big Eight battle on Friday, January 26. Central will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 58-57 non-league loss to Colcord (Colcord, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-10.
The Grizzlies (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Porum (Porum, OK). The Panthers come into the Riverside battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Porum was overwhelmed by Hulbert (Hulbert, OK), 62-54, in a non-league battle.
