Choteau Bulldogs (Choteau, MT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Chinook Beeters (Chinook, MT), 57-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Choteau upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Cut Bank (Cut Bank, MT) to play the Wolves in a B District 1 bout on Friday, February 2. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 6-2.

Next up, the Beeters play the Rocky Boy Northern Stars (Box Elder, MT) in a B District 1 bout, on Saturday, January 27. Chinook will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Northern Stars go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 73-66 non-league loss to Glasgow (Glasgow, MT).
