The Decatur Bulldogs basketball team (Decatur, AR), was overwhelmed 57-20 in Thursday's league battle with the host Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins (Springdale, AR)

The Griffins now possess a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mulberry for a 1A Region 1 West battle on Friday, January 26. Ozark Catholic Academy will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 54-42 league win over Thaden (Bentonville, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 13-14.

The Bulldogs (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against The New School (Fayetteville, AR). The Cougars come into the 1A Region 1 West battle with a 20-3 record. In their last battle, The New School trounced St. Paul (St. Paul, AR), 87-35, in a league battle.
