Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Rebels (Glyndon, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Perham Yellowjackets (Perham, MN), 59-55 in a league bout.

With the victory, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton upgrades its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Rebels host Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Thunderbirds come into the bout with a record of 6-13.

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines (Wadena, MN) in a AA Section 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Perham will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 75-38 non-league win over New York Mills (New York Mills, MN).
