Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Greater Vision Academy Lions (Gibsonville, NC) and the host Lee Park Prep Knights (Monroe, NC), saw Greater Vision Academy's basketball squad wallop Lee Park Prep by a tally of 80-36.
With the victory, Greater Vision Academy improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Winston-Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 5. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 6-11.
Next up, the Knights confront the Jackson Day Mariners (Charlotte, NC) in a Metro Area challenge, on Friday, January 26. Lee Park Prep will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Mariners come into the challenge with a 12-14 record after their 65-60 league win over Providence Classical (Rock Hill, SC).
