Louisiana High School Basketball - Northside Christian can't hold off Hackberry

The Hackberry Mustangs basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the host Northside Christian Warriors to 58 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 18-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Johnson Bayou for a C District 4 contest on Monday, January 29. Hackberry will battle a Rebels team coming off a 45-44 league loss to South Cameron (Creole, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-19.
The Warriors (9-17) will now prepare for their contest against Plainview (Glenmora, LA). The Hornets come into the C District 5 contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Plainview was nudged by DeRidder (DeRidder, LA), 50-44, in a non-league contest.
