The Hastings Raiders basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Hill-Murray Pioneers to 61 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Raiders now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tartan for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Hastings will battle a Titans team coming off a 79-66 non-league loss to Champlin Park (Champlin, MN). The Titans record now stands at 13-3.
The Pioneers (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Faribault (Faribault, MN). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Faribault was routed by Mayo (Rochester, MN), 59-46, in a non-league contest.
