Georgia High School Basketball - Manchester crushes Webster County

January 25, 2024: Manchester, GA 31816

Manchester Blue Devils (Manchester, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Webster County (Preston, GA), 85-36 in a league bout.

With the win, Manchester upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Taylor County (Butler, GA) to play the Vikings in a A D2 Region 6 bout on Friday, January 26. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 12-9. Taylor County won 59-40 in their recent league bout against Marion County (Buena Vista, GA)

Next up, the play the Chattahoochee County Panthers (Cusseta, GA) in a A D2 Region 6 bout, on Saturday, January 27. Webster County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 74-65 league win over Central (Talbotton, GA).
