New York High School Basketball - Wilson Magnet trounced by McQuaid Jesuit

The McQuaid Jesuit Knights trounced the visiting Wilson Magnet Wildcats basketball team by a tally of 75-53 in Thursday's league battle.

The Knights now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rush-Henrietta for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. McQuaid Jesuit will battle a Royal Comets team coming off a 84-57 league loss to Hilton (Hilton, NY). The Royal Comets record now stands at 6-7.

The Wildcats (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Newark (Newark, NY). The Reds come into the non-league battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Newark trounced Waterloo (Waterloo, NY), 77-56, in a league battle.
