Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Power Pirates (Power, MT) and the host North Toole County Refiners (Sunburst, MT), saw Power's basketball squad wallop North Toole County by a tally of 54-20.

With the victory, Power improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, MT) to confront the Lynx in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Lynx come into the challenge with a record of 11-0. Lincoln won 59-31 in their recent league test against Valley Christian (Missoula, MT)

The Refiners now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to North Star for a non-league test on Friday, February 2.
