Sussex Tech Ravens (Georgetown, DE) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE), 55-47 in a league bout.

With the victory, Sussex Tech upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Ravens host Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE) to play the Vikings in a Henlopen - Northern bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 6-6.

Next up, the Panthers play the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Polytech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Colonials come into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 68-50 non-league win over Caravel (Bear, DE).
