Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Sharon Academy Phoenix (Sharon, VT), 87-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Proctor upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Phantoms travel to Otter Valley (Brandon, VT) to play the Otters in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Otters go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Otter Valley lost 77-49 in their recent league bout against Fair Haven (Fair Haven, VT)

Next up, the Phoenix play the Arlington Memorial Eagles (Arlington, VT) in a Southern Vermont - D bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Sharon Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 68-26 league loss to West Rutland (West Rutland, VT).
