The Sexton Big Reds basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Lansing Catholic Cougars to 44 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Big Reds now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Everett for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27.

The Cougars (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Charlotte (Charlotte, MI). The Orioles enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record.
