Iowa High School Basketball - Midland ripped by Calamus-Wheatland

The Calamus-Wheatland Warriors basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Midland Eagles to 28 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tipton for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 25. Calamus-Wheatland will meet a Tigers team coming off a 54-27 league loss to Regina (Iowa City, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-4.
The Eagles (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against West Liberty (West Liberty, IA). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, West Liberty triumphed over West Branch (West Branch, IA), 43-29, in a league contest.
