In Thursday's league outing, the John Adams Spartans (Ozone Park, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Campus Magnet Bulldogs (Cambria Heights, NY), by a count of 47-23.

The Spartans (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Lane (Brooklyn, NY). The Knights go into the PSAL AAAA Queens II outing with a 0-12 record. In their last outing, Lane was crushed by Jamaica (Jamaica, NY), 59-19, in a league outing.

The Bulldogs now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Jamaica for a PSAL AAAA Queens II outing on Wednesday, January 31. Campus Magnet will clash with a Beavers squad coming off a 59-19 league win over Lane (Brooklyn, NY). The Beavers record now stands at 6-6.
