In Thursday's league outing, the Cascade Ramblers (Cascade, ID) basketball squad edged the visiting Horseshoe Bend Mustangs (Horseshoe Bend, ID), by a margin of 42-40.
The Ramblers (4-11) will now prepare for their outing against Salmon River (Riggins, ID). The Savages go into the 1A II Long Pin outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Salmon River held off Tri-Valley (Cambridge, ID), 60-58, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Cascade for a 1A II Long Pin outing on Monday, January 29. Horseshoe Bend will clash with a Ramblers squad coming off a 41-31 league loss to Garden Valley (Garden Valley, ID). The Ramblers record now stands at 4-12.
