The East Linn Christian Academy Eagles basketball squad scored 51 points and limited the host Toledo Boomers to 16 in the Eagles league win on Thursday.

The Eagles (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Oakland (Oakland, OR). The Oakers go into the 2A Valley Coast outing with a 7-12 record. In their last outing, Oakland smashed Waldport (Waldport, OR), 41-37, in a league outing.

The Boomers now hold a 4-12 record. They play next when they host Bandon for a 2A Valley Coast outing on Saturday, January 27. Toledo will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 76-12 league win over Gold Beach (Gold Beach, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 17-2.
