The Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL) basketball crushed the host Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL), 64-29 in Thursday's league test.
The Mustangs (11-3) will now prepare for their test against Comer (Sylacauga, AL). The Tigers go into the 2A Area 7 test with a 5-11 record. In their last test, Comer walloped Thorsby (Thorsby, AL), 50-30, in a league test.
The Wolves now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Thorsby for a 2A Area 7 test on Friday, January 26. Fayetteville will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 50-30 league loss to Comer (Sylacauga, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 11-9.
