Thompson Tommies (Thompson, ND) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Four Winds/Minnewaukan Indians (Fort Totten, ND), 71-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Thompson upgrades its record to 15-0 on the season. The Tommies travel to Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg (Mayville, ND) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 16-0. Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg won 58-40 in their recent league bout against New Rockford-Sheyenne (New Rockford, ND)

Next up, the Indians play the Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Four Winds/Minnewaukan will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 54-42 league loss to Trinity (Dickinson, ND).
