The Geffen Academy Bruins (Los Angeles, CA) basketball crushed the visiting New Roads Jaguars (Santa Monica, CA), 52-5 in Thursday's league test.
The Bruins (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Vistamar (El Segundo, CA). The Vikings go into the Coastal test with a 9-7 record.
The Jaguars now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Santa Clarita Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. New Roads will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 44-26 non-league loss to Mayfield (Pasadena, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-9.
