With the victory, Georgia Christian improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Atkinson County (Pearson, GA) to confront the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 29. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Atkinson County won 52-33 in their recent league challenge against Lanier County (Lakeland, GA)

Next up, the Valiants confront the Deerfield-Windsor Knights (Albany, GA) in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Valwood will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 55-27 league win over Southland Academy (Americus, GA).
