With the win, Hurley upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Northstars travel to Mellen (Mellen, WI) to play the Granite Diggers in a Northern Lights bout on Monday, January 29. The Granite Diggers go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Mellen lost 36-27 in their recent league bout against Drummond (Drummond, WI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Bayfield Trollers (Bayfield, WI) in a Northern Lights game, on Monday, January 29. Lac Courte Oreilles will attempt to move on its 1-17 season record. The Trollers enter the game with a 0-13 record after their 85-14 league loss to South Shore (Port Wing, WI).
