The Valley City Hi-Liners basketball team (Valley City, ND), was nudged 75-72 in Thursday's league battle with the host Kindred Vikings (Kindred, ND)
The Vikings now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grafton for a non-league battle on Friday, January 26. Kindred will battle a Spoilers team coming off a 62-37 league win over Hillsboro/Central Valley (Buxton, ND). The Spoilers record now stands at 5-10.
The Hi-Liners (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Beulah (Beulah, ND). The Miners come into the non-league battle with a 2-15 record. In their last battle, Beulah was nudged by Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND), 55-20, in a non-league battle.
