Oklahoma High School Basketball - Leflore can't hold off Kinta

The Kinta Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Leflore Savages to 36 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moss for a non-league contest on Friday, January 26. Kinta will battle a Pirates team coming off a 51-36 non-league win over Konawa (Konawa, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 16-3.
The Savages (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Pittsburg nudged Calvin (Calvin, OK), 66-15, in a non-league contest.
