Seaford Bluejays (Seaford, DE) supporters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team trounce the host Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE), 65-33 in a league battle.
The Bluejays now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Forest for a Henlopen - Southern battle on Tuesday, January 30.
The Bulldogs (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Early College (Dover, DE). The Hornets come into the Henlopen - Southern battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Early College trounced Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE), 50-25, in a league battle.
