Temple Christian Lions (Titusville, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Liberty Christian (Sanford, FL), 53-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, Temple Christian upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Calvary Chapel Academy (West Melbourne, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 7-8.

Next up, the play the Crooms Academy Panthers (Sanford, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Liberty Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 59-27 non-league loss to First Academy (Leesburg, FL).
