The Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils basketball team scored 39 points and held the visiting Nativity BVM Green Wave to 28 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Thursday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marian Catholic for a Schuylkill County 3 contest on Monday, January 29. Shenandoah Valley will meet a team coming off a 42-29 non-league loss to Williams Valley (Tower City, PA). The record now stands at 16-2.

The Green Wave (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Northwest Area was defeated by Bucktail (Farwell, PA), 43-38, in a league contest.
