Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Francis knocked off by Princeton

The Princeton Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host St. Francis Fighting Saints to 50 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Princeton will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 70-42 league win over Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 17-2.
The Fighting Saints (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Becker (Becker, MN). The Bulldogs enter the AAA Section 5 contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Becker was defeated by Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN), 76-64, in a non-league contest.
