The Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] Bobcats (Clearwater, NE) basketball crushed the visiting Wausa Vikings (Wausa, NE), 66-28 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bobcats (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Elgin/Pope John (Elgin, NE). The Wolfpack go into the D1 District 7 test with a 15-1 record.

The Vikings now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to Plainview for a non-league test on Saturday, January 27. Wausa will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 43-25 non-league win over Osmond/Randolph (Osmond, NE). The Pirates record now stands at 12-4.
