The Sonora Wildcats basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Argonaut Mustangs to 20 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bret Harte for a contest on Tuesday, January 30. Sonora will battle a Bullfrogs team coming off a 34-12 league loss to Summerville (Tuolumne, CA). The Bullfrogs record now stands at 4-8.
The Mustangs (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Calaveras (San Andreas, CA). The Red Hawks come into the contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Calaveras was defeated by Non JV Opponent (, ), 46-8, in a non-league contest.
