In Saturday's league contest, the host Highland Home Flying Squadron basketball team scored a good 55-38 win over the Blacksher Bulldogs.
The Flying Squadron (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Calhoun (Letohatchee, AL). The Tigers come into the 2A Area 5 contest with a 9-7 record.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Millry Wildcats (Millry, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Blacksher will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 6-8 record after their 48-44 league win over Leroy (Leroy, AL).
