Washington High School Basketball - Mercer Island fells Bothell

January 25, 2025: Mercer Island, WA 98040

The Mercer Island Islanders basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Bothell Cougars to 45 in the Islanders league triumph on Saturday.

The Islanders now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Cedarcrest for a non-league game on Friday, January 31. Mercer Island will confront a Red Wolves team coming off a 61-32 non-league win over Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Red Wolves record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Bothell falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Ingraham (Seattle, WA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Rams go into the game with a record of 3-12. Ingraham lost 77-47 in their recent league battle against Franklin (Seattle, WA)
