With the victory, Carver advances its record to 15-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Kendrick (Columbus, GA) to face the Cherokees in a AA Region 1 match on Thursday, January 30. The Cherokees enter the match with a record of 13-5. Kendrick won 85-73 in their recent league match against Sumter County (Americus, GA)

The Raiders now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spencer for a AA Region 1 match on Tuesday, January 28. Shaw will face a Greenwave squad coming off a 70-50 league win over Hardaway (Columbus, GA). The Greenwave record now stands at 13-5.
