In Saturday's non-league test, the North Kitsap Vikings (Poulsbo, WA) basketball squad got by the visiting Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA), by a final score of 60-58.
Next, the Vikings clash with the Port Angeles Roughriders (Port Angeles, WA) in a 2A Olympic test, on Tuesday, January 28. North Kitsap will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Roughriders come into the test with a 6-10 record after their 86-51 league win over Olympic (Bremerton, WA).
The Cougars (1-16) will now prepare for their test against Silas (Tacoma, WA). The Rams come into the 3A Puget Sound test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Silas held off Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA), 61-57, in a league test.
