In Saturday's league test, the Fergus Golden Eagles (Lewistown, MT) basketball squad knocked off the host Dawson County Red Devils (Glendive, MT), by a score of 60-47.

Next, the Golden Eagles encounter the Laurel Locomotives (Laurel, MT) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 27. Fergus will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Locomotives come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 77-68 league win over Hardin (Hardin, MT).
