Mississippi High School Basketball - Stone defeats East Central

The Stone Tomcats (Wiggins, MS) basketball were winner over the host East Central Hornets (Moss Point, MS), 68-58 in Saturday's league bout.

The Tomcats now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Laurel for a 5A Region 4 bout on Monday, January 27.

With the loss, East Central falls to 3-14 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Vancleave (Vancleave, MS) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A Region 4 bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-16.
