Nebraska High School Basketball - South Platte bested by Garden County

Garden County Eagles (Oshkosh, NE) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting South Platte Blue Knights (Big Springs, NE), 62-45 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Garden County advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Eagles travel to Sedgwick County (Julesburg, CO) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 28. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 7-2. Sedgwick County won 55-41 in their recent league match against Caliche (Iliff, CO)

The Blue Knights now own a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garden County for a D2 District 10 match on Thursday, January 30.
