The Mt. Abraham Eagles defeated the visiting Milton Yellowjackets basketball squad by a final score of 55-41 in Saturday's league outing.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT) in a Lake outing, on Tuesday, January 28. Mt. Abraham will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 46-43 non-league win over Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT).
The Yellowjackets (3-9) will now prepare for their outing against Middlebury (Middlebury, VT). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Middlebury went down by Vergennes (Vergennes, VT), 43-30, in a league outing.
