The Mountain Brook Spartans (Birmingham, AL) basketball crushed the host Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL), 69-44 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 22-4 record. They play next when they travel to Briarwood Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 28. Mountain Brook will play a Lions team coming off a 60-41 league win over Central of Clay County (Lineville, AL). The Lions record now stands at 17-9.
