In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders basketball team scored a good 45-27 triumph over the Sullivan County Griffins.
The Red Raiders (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Weatherly (Weatherly, PA). The go into the Schuylkill County 2 contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Weatherly topped Millville (Millville, PA), 82-39, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Griffins battle the Benton Tigers (Benton, PA) in a Midd-Penn contest, on Wednesday, January 29. Sullivan County will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 0-11 record after their 62-39 non-league loss to North Penn-Liberty (Liberty, PA).
