With the victory, Raceland upgrades its record to 13-5 on the year. The Rams host Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY) to face the Lions in a District 63 match on Wednesday, January 29. The Lions enter the match with a record of 8-5.

The Hornets now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pike County Central for a District 60 match on Tuesday, January 28. Phelps will face a Hawks squad coming off a 69-36 non-league loss to Blazer (Ashland, KY). The Hawks record now stands at 11-6.
