Utah High School Basketball - Altamont defeats Tintic

The Altamont Longhorns (Altamont, UT) basketball were winner over the visiting Tintic Miners (Eureka, UT), 37-28 in Saturday's league bout.

The Longhorns now possess a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Rich for a 1A Region 22 bout on Friday, January 31. Altamont will play a Rebels team coming off a 55-14 league win over Tintic (Eureka, UT). The Rebels record now stands at 14-1.

With the loss, Tintic falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Miners host Maeser Prep Academy (Lindon, UT) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, January 31. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 5-11.
