The North Star Knights basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Box Elder Bears to 42 in the Knights league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Fort Benton for a C District 9 game on Friday, January 31. North Star will confront a Longhorns team coming off a 46-37 league win over Box Elder (Box Elder, MT). The Longhorns record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Box Elder falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Bears host Hays-Lodge Pole (Hays, MT) to confront the Thunder Birds in a C District 9 game on Friday, January 31. The Thunder Birds go into the game with a record of 2-4. Hays-Lodge Pole lost 48-38 in their recent league game against Fort Benton (Fort Benton, MT)
