The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bunker Eagles (Bunker, MO) and the visiting East Carter Redbirds (Ellsinore, MO), observed Bunker's basketball team knock off East Carter by a score of 60-47.

The Eagles (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Licking (Licking, MO). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Licking was knocked off by Fatima (Westphalia, MO), 61-49, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Redbirds encounter the Clearwater Fightin' Tigers (Piedmont, MO) in a Ozark Foothills challenge, on Monday, January 27. East Carter will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record.
