The Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA) basketball edged the host Handley Judges (Winchester, VA), 58-55 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Black Knights now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to George Washington for a non-league bout on Monday, January 27. Charlottesville will play a Eagles team coming off a 48-29 league win over Bassett (Bassett, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Handley falls to 12-2 on the campaign. The Judges travel to Millbrook (Winchester, VA) to play the Pioneers in a Northwestern bout on Tuesday, January 28. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Millbrook lost 49-40 in their recent non-league bout against Orange County (Orange, VA)
