Nevada High School Basketball - Spring Creek overwhelmed by Churchill County

January 25, 2025: Fallon, NV 89406

In Saturday's league test, the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) basketball squad trounced the visiting Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV), by a score of 65-24.

Next, the Greenwave clash with the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) in a 3A Northern - East test, on Friday, January 31. Churchill County will attempt to improve on its 17-6 season record. The Buckaroos come into the test with a 13-5 record after their 45-28 league win over Elko (Elko, NV).

The Spartans (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Dust Devils come into the 3A Northern - East test with a 1-13 record. In their last test, Dayton was routed by Fernley (Fernley, NV), 57-19, in a league test.
